Diet and Weight Loss 101: Smaller Portions

Portion control is my single largest fallacy.  A dietician friend made a suggestion that still sticks with me but has been an uphill battle to follow, which is eating smaller portions frequently.  She recommended eating healthy food portions that will fit in your hand every two hours.  Suggestions would be a cup of yogurt, a small salad and a half of a healthy sandwich.  It worked for me previously and I need to get back to that to get that Schwarzenegger waist back!
